TOA, Tāmaki Makaurau Office Architecture, is about Strength, Bravery and Cutting New Ground.

TOA approach architecture differently. We value the Tangata – People; Whenua – our Land and its history; Aroha – Heart; and Wairua – Spirit. These are the concepts that inspire our architecture.
