Description

emobodime offers anxiety management and mindfulness for children

embodime invites each individual the time to stop, pause and breathe. Finding some space in our busy lives, helping us to connect to our bodies and just feel what are feeling without judgement and only with complete compassion. We offer anxiety management, mindfulness based cognitive behavioural therapy, parenting education, yoga and a school holiday programs. Mindful Kids is an 8 week programme for children aged 5 to 12 years and there are also private sessions available for all ages.
